SUMMARY:

ð¨ Technical Draughtsperson urgently required!

ð Location: Centurion (On-Site)
ð¼ Reporting To: Senior Management
ð° Salary: R300 000 - R540 000 CTC, based on experience.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed and assembly drawings based on engineers’ layouts.
Convert hand sketches to CAD using draughting standards.
Collaborate with designers to ensure design clarity.
Write high-quality assembly instructions for production.
Standardize layouts and incorporate design changes (ECP).
Verify part fits and manage CAD files.
Update older drawings and perform Engineering Change Management.
Attend design reviews and project meetings.

ð Minimum Requirements:

â N5 Multi-disciplinary Draughting or equivalent Diploma (Mechanical Design)
â Proficiency in MS Office and Solid Works 2023
â 3 to 5 years of experience in design & manufacturing
(preferred industries: Manufacturing)

ð¡ Required Skills:

AutoCAD Plant 3D and AutoCAD general
Inventor and-/or Solid Works experience will be a bonus
Strong technical writing for assembly instructions
Knowledge of Configuration & Product Data Management
Excellent problem-solving skills focused on quality
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Effective communication and collaboration skills
