POSITION INFO:

Are you passionate about the science behind the perfect pour and the craft of great coffee? We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Technical Operations Supervisor to lead our client's field service and equipment operations across their coffee and draught product lines. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee installations, maintenance, and technical support—ensuring every tap and espresso shot meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
Degree or diploma in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
4 to 5 years proven experience in a similar role
Valid driver's license
Reliable transport
Proficient in MS Office
Must be willing to do extensive travelling (When required)
Must be available for escalations after hours and on weekends (When required)

Required skills:

Proven experience in operations management, particularly in technical services
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage budgets and develop strategic plans
Proficiency in using relevant software and applications for scheduling and reporting
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of quality standards and compliance requirements

Remuneration:

R 15 000 Cost to Company, depending on experience
