SUMMARY:
Our client in the automotive industry based in Port Elizabeth is currently looking to employ a Technical Sales and Estimations Administrator. This is a contract position.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric/ Additional studies welcomed in the direction suited to this position.
Experience with customer offers or similar role.
Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
Strong MS Office Skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Experience in project costing would be advantageous.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities:

Understanding technical mechanical requirements of clients in the automotive industry.
Researching new technologies, suppliers and products.
Developing new concept solutions to solve customer problems.
Requesting quotes for future projects.
Negotiating with customers and suppliers and building positive, long term relationships.
Comparing updated RFQ’s to previous revisions to check for changed scope.
Update internal estimation documents.
Handling supplier and customer related queries.
Preparation and formatting of tender documentation.
Creating of concept solutions.
Execute any other duties as reasonably requested by direct superior and/ or Managing Director.
