Our client, A leading Insurance service provider is seeking to appoint a TECHNICAL SUPPORT based at their Head office in Centurion.

The purpose of this role is to provide desktop and technical support on hardware and software related issues within the organization

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Provide hardware and software support (LAN & WAN)
  • Provide 2nd line support to users on helpdesk
  • Perform system backups
  • Provide electronic access relating to buildings
  • Set up new branch and department

Key requirements:

National Diploma / Degree in IT



CCNA - Certified Cisco Network Administrator

 4 Years’ Experience in 2nd & 3rd line support
