SUMMARY:
Qualified Service Technicians (x2) – Johannesburg
An expanding premium dealership is looking to appoint two experienced and qualified service technicians at its Johannesburg branch. The role offers a market-related salary, along with medical aid contributions and pension fund benefits.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Service and repair vehicles booked into the dealership
Accurately diagnose and report vehicle issues
Use and maintain diagnostic tools effectively
Request correct parts from the parts sales team
Notify management of service-related concerns
Schedule vehicle bookings and liaise with clients
Handle check-ins and provide regular client updates
Accurately complete and update job cards
Plan production and parts orders based on vehicle identification
Ensure strong communication with customers and head office
Perform after-service follow-ups
Maintain 5S standards at all times
Understand and manage job card costing

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a service technician
Fully qualified automotive technician
Strong communication and customer service skills
Solid IT proficiency within the automotive sector
