Telesales CLERK - Bellville – Salary R neg + Benefit Contributions

Established Plastic Extrusion Business making irrigation piping seeks a Telesales Clerk. Must speak Afrikaans as you will be speaking to the farming community. SAP working knowledge and 3+ years’ experience in marketing/sales/customer service environment.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

▪ Customer service – processing orders, handling all correspondence, selling products/services, processing goods returned, handling customer queries, etc

▪ General assistance – counting stock, assisting in the warehouse, etc

Education and Experience

▪ Grade 12

▪ Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel)

▪ Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English)

▪ Excellent telephonic skills

▪ Excellent customer service skills

▪ SAP working knowledge

▪ 3+ years’ experience in marketing/sales/customer service environment

• Preferred skills

▪ Experience with irrigation products Key Competencies

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08h00-17h00, and Friday 08h00-16h00.
