POSITION INFO:
ð Job Opportunity: Tender Manager (Private Sector) – Midrand ð

CTC: R 400 000.00 per month
Location: Midrand, Gauteng
Industry: Private Sector Tenders / Procurement / Project Management

ð Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full tender lifecycle for private sector projects, from opportunity identification to submission and post-tender negotiations.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, financial, and legal input.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
Develop and maintain a tender calendar and reporting system.
Conduct risk assessments and pricing strategies for each tender.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

ð Minimum Requirements:

A relevant Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in managing private sector tenders end-to-end.
Strong understanding of procurement regulations and tendering best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
