Test Analyst

SUMMARY:
In a world of 2 billion+ annual transactions, there’s no margin for error. My client is calling in a Senior Test Analyst to own QA across their fintech systems. You’ll steer the test ship—strategy, execution, and performance—end to end.

POSITION INFO:

Join a high-stakes fintech team where every sprint you touch secures millions in daily transactions. This is a senior-level QA role for a hands-on analyst who thrives in agile environments and owns their outcomes. You’ll lead test strategies for mission-critical payment systems, implement both manual and automation frameworks, and carry out performance and regression testing across a growing suite of products.
Expect to work shoulder to shoulder with Developers and fellow QA Engineers. You’ll influence sprint planning, ensure payment compliance is airtight, and mentor junior testers while embedding QA best practices throughout the SDLC.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2–3+ years in a senior testing or QA role
Strong manual & automation testing exposure
Capable in test case design, test execution, and defect tracking
Experienced in test strategy and sprint integration
Familiar with load/performance testing tools
Agile team experience essential
Fintech/payments background is an advantage

Qualification:
BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
ISTQB Certified Test Analyst
