SUMMARY:
Well established company on the East Rand seeks a Junior Toolmaker

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements
Recently qualified Toolmaker or Tool, Jig and Die Maker
Must reside on the East Rand
Experience on CNC machines advantageous

Duties will include

Assisting in tool fabrication and repair
Reading and following technical drawings
Operating and maintaining manual and CNC machinery
Setting up CNC machines and loading programs under supervision
Monitoring CNC operations and performing basic troubleshooting
Measuring and inspecting components for accuracy
Learning toolmaking and CNC techniques through training
Keeping the workspace clean and organized
Following all health and safety procedures
