Total Production Maintenance and Capability Specialist
Location: Nelson Mandela Bay (Port Elizabeth/Uitenhage)
Seniority Level: Mid Career (4 - 6 yrs exp)

Duties and Responsibilities:- Implement maintenance strategies to optimize production capabilities
- Ensure compliance with production quality standards
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules
- Train production teams on maintenance best practices
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and issues

3-5 years experience in Quality, Operations or Supply Chain imperative
2+ years strong practical experience with TPM implementation

Basic Engineering knowledge, excellent communication skills and advanced computer literacy skills
