SUMMARY:
Our client a leader in Private Healthcare in Cape Town is looking for a Trauma Unit Manager.

POSITION INFO:

Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse.
Post Basic Diploma or equivalent qualification in Critical Care Trauma,
Minimum of three years' experience in Trauma Department,
Post Basic Qualification in Nursing Admin / Experience in Unit Management as a Shift Leader will be advantageous,
Excellent leadership qualities and mentoring skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills,
The skill to manage nursing standards and in-service training,
Accurate record keeping and the management of stock.
Excellent MS Office computer skills.
