Requirements

Relevant Degree or Diploma
2 -4 Years’ experience
Knowledge in UX Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, Conversation Design, UX Writing, Human Centred Design or Strategy experience
Experience crafting demos that showcase the potential of conversational experiences. Knowledge of USSD, Botsociety, Google Dialogflow, Bot Mock, Whatsapp Business API, RapidPro, Turn.io, Rasa, Miro and Python would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Create natural dialogue flows, wireframes and templates that clearly convey a conversation architecture to THEIR Service design, Engineering and Data Science teams and partners
Document standards, frameworks, processes and methodology
Do research to understand service and business needs
Build prototypes and drafts that communicate your ideas to the team
Write clear specifications and guidelines for developers or designers
Work closely with engineers and designers to meet users' needs
Plan and carry out user research and testing
Lead or take part in review sessions to discuss how a project has gone
Analyse issues and recommend solutions

Behavioral skills and competencies

Ability to design digital, service, organizational, and system experiences
The ability to build active prototypes and have some experience with sketch, Figma or Adobe XD
User research-based insights to design new services or improve the implementation of existing systems using mobile technology
Evidence- and context-based design. You can generate multiple solutions to a problem and test them
User focus. You are great at understanding how to turn human behaviour and needs into real concepts and are obsessed with what design and technology can do to create a positive impact on people and organisations
Visual thinking. You can help teams to visualise outcomes and interpret information and data visually
Strategic thinking. You know about the strategic context of your work and why it is important. You support strategic planning in an administrative capacity. You can logically visualize complex systems and user experiences
