Job Description

You will be responsible for the following:

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities
Monitor and report on the progress of the project to senior management and clients
Handle logistics, including delivery of materials and coordination of site operations
Lead, manage, and motivate site teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers
Conduct safety audits and risk assessments regularly

Qualifications

National Diploma Electrical Engineering
Certificate in Project Management

Skills

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a project management role
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a construction environment
Supervisory skills
Computer literate
