JOB SUMMARY:
Strong administrator for the department. Fleet Management company based in Port Elizabeth is seeking a Vehicle Registration and Licensing Administrator. Vehicle Registration and Licensing experience needed as well as knowledge of the eNatis System, Traffic Fine Management AARTO and Non-AARTO

JOB DESCRIPTION:

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Grade 12 certificate.
  • Vehicle Registration and Licensing experience/Knowledge of the eNatis System
  • Knowledge of Traffic Fine Management AARTO and Non-AARTO
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Valid Drivers Licence

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining a company asset register
  • Building and Maintaining a Safe Loading Pass (SLP) Register
  • Vehicle Registration and Licensing
  • Change of ownership/ Address Change
  • Applications for new Business Certificate and introduction to eNatis System
  • License Renewals
  • Permits process
  • Police Clearance requirements and applications
  • De-registrations
  • Requirements for any changes related to Engine, Chassis or Colour
  • Business Registration (BRN) merges
  • Traffic Fine Management AARTO and Non-AARTO
  • Sound relationships with authorities
