SUMMARY:
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic WMS Implementation Manager to join a forward-thinking team within the global supply chain space. This role gives you the chance to deploy next-generation WMS solutions across new and existing global accounts, and make a real impact on operations across the board. You’ll manage a team of WMS implementation leaders and support specialists, ensuring deliverables meet expectations while collaborating with regional IT and operations to drive solution design, training, configuration, testing, and go-live support. If you thrive in complex environments, love working with logistics systems, and have the passport ready for some international exposure—this one’s for you.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Computer Science.
Minimum 2 years' experience with WMS implementation/support.
SQL/database knowledge essential.
Experience in Manhattan WMOS highly advantageous.

Requirements:

Must be a quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
Solid data analysis and technical skills.
Must be willing to travel and hold a valid passport.

Key Performance Areas:

Coordinate all phases of WMS implementation: design, training, testing, support.
Manage project plans and implementation teams using BTL tools.
Conduct workshops, prepare functional flows, and configure systems.
Support integration, UAT, data migration, and production go-live.
Collaborate on pre-sales activities and assist in building client offers.
Provide training and oversee system support performance.
Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across regions.
