SUMMARY:
Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Table View. This is a full-time position made up of a combination of responsibilities in Wage Administration, Sales Administration, and Quality Control Support.

POSITION INFO:
ð¹ About the Role:
Reporting to both the Financial Manager and Quality Manager, the successful candidate will work within the Admin and Quality Control offices, providing essential support across departments. Duties include but are not limited to:
ð Wage Administration:

Daily maintenance of the Ecotime Biometric Clocking System.
Monitoring attendance, late arrivals, and absentees.
Uploading time data into Sage VIP for wage processing.
Administering UIF submissions and WCA claims.

ð Sales Administration:

Assisting with customer sales order processing and supplier purchase orders.
Generating and filing picking slips and invoices on Sage Evolution.
Supporting the sales team with general admin tasks.

ð§ª Quality Control Support:

Capturing and filing data from factory process reports and QC paperwork.
Managing temperature control data (Testo Saveris and Tiny Tag systems).
Maintaining and updating food safety documentation as guided by the Quality Manager.
Typing procedures, capturing product specs, training material, and liaising with service providers (e.g. pest control, temperature calibration labs).
Printing, filing, and assisting with lab result documentation.

ð¹ Candidate Profile:
We’re looking for someone who:

Is computer literate and quick to learn new systems.
Has solid administrative skills and strong attention to detail.
Communicates well and works effectively within a team.
Has experience or exposure to:

Ecotime, Sage Evolution, and Sage VIP
Temperature monitoring systems (Tiny Tag, Testo Saveris)
WCA online claims
(Note: Training will be provided where necessary within the scope of the role)
