Dashboard monitoring and driver support to ensure ON TIME AND IN FULL performance parameters are achieved.
Interrogation of the FOOD DRIVER BEHAVIOUR reports to determine negative trends and implementing mitigating strategies to remedy.
Managing Food Complaints with drivers and ensuring appropriate deductions.
General Administration and Training.
Rostering of the correct number of drivers per shift to ensure compliance with DRIVER FORECAST.
Recruitment of drivers and Management of all driver documents to ensure that driver documents are verified timeously.
Document management to ensure all Independent Contractors Documents are updated and valid.
ALL Driver SOP training.
SOP training for Dashboard Controllers.
Incident reporting.
Cash handling and processing of drivers cashups.
Implementation and management of driver penalties and deductions.
Issuing of uniforms and collection of monies where applicable.
Driver checks that may be required including but not limited to Vehicle Screening, Uniform Screening, Hygiene Screening, Alcohol Screening etc.
Conducting Independent
Contractor Disciplinaries as required from time to time.
General House Keeping and Cleanliness of Office environment.
