Warehouse Supervisor

My client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to take charge of daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure seamless inventory control in a fast-paced environment. POSITION INFO:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee and maintain accurate stock control and inventory management.
• Manage receiving and dispatch processes with urgency and precision.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards.
• Coordinate logistics for all incoming and outgoing stock, with a focus on equipment handling.
• Handle client communication and resolve stock-related queries effectively.
• Prepare reports, conduct stock counts, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Operate or supervise forklift use (forklift license highly advantageous)

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, including staff and process management.
• Proven track record in maintaining inventory accuracy and strong warehouse controls.
• Experience using ERP systems (especially Pastel), with solid skills in MS Excel and Outlook.
• Forklift license preferred.
• High attention to detail, team leadership skills, and ability to perform under pressure.
• Firm, assertive personality with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
