JOB SUMMARY:
A Market leader in Materials Handling Lifting Equipment is seeking a Workshop Manager for their Pinetown branch.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Grade 12
Artisan qualification (Trade tested Fitter with Lifting Equipment experience) (Section 13)
Minimum 5 years experience in the Trade
Minimum 2 years Supervisory experience
Fully bilingual
General good health
Team player with high standards of performance
Play an active role in upholding of safety standards
Good interpersonal skills
Facilitating the completion of team goals
Ability to deal with conflict
Establishing courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completely effectively and efficiently
Setting high performance standards for self and others
High technical and leadership skills
Administrative and computer literacy skills will be an advantageous
Ability to work under pressure.
The nature of the position would require a person with a high level of energy and self-motivation.
