Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Duty Manager/Reservations professional to join their well-established luxury lodge. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, guest experience and smooth operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest service
Primarily handle Duty Manager responsibilities, with reservations duties on weekends and when the reservationist is on annual leave
Manage guest relations, special requests and feedback
Coordinate with various departments to maintain high standards
Assist with administrative tasks and reporting
Uphold operational procedures and policies

Qualifications

A Hospitality Qualification or similar
2-3 years previous experience in a similar role within hospitality/lodge environment

Skills

Strong understanding of reservations systems and guest relations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work under pressure
Professional, well-presented and service-oriented
