I am looking for Industrial Engineers who thrives on process improvement, data analysis, and building leaner, smarter, and more effective systems across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse workflows, processes, and facility layouts to improve efficiency
Design and implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives
Collect and analyse production data to reduce downtime and enhance throughput
Work closely with production, quality, and logistics teams to drive process improvements
Develop time studies, capacity models, and cost analyses
Implement continuous improvement methodologies and SOPs
Conduct ergonomic and productivity assessments
Use simulation tools to forecast improvements and ROI

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

BEng / BSc in Industrial Engineering
1–5 years’ experience in manufacturing, production, logistics, or supply chain
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality tools (e.g. FMEA, Root Cause Analysis)
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, AutoCAD, or simulation software
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Syspro, Oracle, etc.)
ECSA registration or in progress is advantageous
