• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to develop integrated campaign strategies.
• Draft and implement comprehensive marketing, engagement, and communication plans.
• Continuously optimize campaign effectiveness and engagement channels.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide professional and efficient service.
• Manage client expectations and ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Translate business strategy briefs into compelling integrated campaigns.
• Project manage end-to-end campaigns across operational teams.
• Foster creative collaboration and interpret business goals into engaging communication.
• Conceptualize and develop creative themes, messaging, and campaigns.
• Curate content for various channels, particularly digital.
• Drive engagement through employee events and newsletters.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues for seamless integration of external campaigns.
• Oversee all internal communication platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance against objectives.

• BA in Communication or Marketing.
• 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in external and internal marketing preferred.
• Project management and coordination experience.
• Experience in Financial Services or FMCG advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead teams effectively.
