Senior Brand Marketing Manager - FMCG– Johannesburg - North

An international brand in the FMCG space is looking to hire a seasoned Senior Brand Marketing Manager - FMCG to join their team. The successful incumbent will be responsible for driving integrated consumer-centric brand activation through superior execution.

POSITION INFO:

Project Management
Budget Management
Innovation Pipeline
Stakeholder relations (internal and external)
Agency Management
Brand Activation
Developing concepts to launch
End to End Strategy
Defining integrated brand activation planning, including leading alignment on brand pricing and promotions, distribution, and trade marketing strategies, etc.
Analysing and continuously adjust overall brand performance.
Driving media plans on relevant channels
Analysing and monitoring campaigns performance for improvement
Coordinating with Sales, Trade Marketing, Production and Finance
Collaborating with external agencies
Creating the right consumer experience within the prioritized touchpoints (leveraging BrandCos primary assets and secondary assets)
Recruiting talented employees

Experience & Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing
8 year’s portfolio management and brand activation experience
Experience leading teams and agencies.
