• Attaining and exceeding agreed sales and gross profit budgets

Manufacturing/Automotive Industry added advantage

Bcom / National Diploma (Financial Accounting ) or equivalent qualification

Tertiary Qualification & Computer Skills:

• B-Eng Degree in Industrial Engineering
• Cargo Wise 1 Warehouse or other Warehouse Systems
• Power BI Beneficial
• MS Office

Requirements:

• Indutrial Engineer experience in the logistics industry
• SIGMA experience in the logistics industry
  
• Minimum of 1 - 3 years experience
  
• WMS/ERP systems skill and 1 year experience
• Layout and flow design
• Warehouse design and costing
• Assist in Project Engineering

PREVIOUS LOGISTICS EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 2 -3 years business development, of senior key account and new business sales experience.
• Proven track record in prospecting for new business
• Previous team management experience
• Tender Management expertise
• Strong grasp of logistics and end to end supply chain
• Good supply chain knowledge and risk and problem anticipation in order to manage client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources 
• Labour Law qualification (Essential) 
• Code 8 License 
• 10+ Years’ experience in HR Management 
• Excellent knowledge of all relevant legislation e.g.: LRA, BCEA, SDA, EEA, Unions, MIBCO. 
• Knowledge and understanding on remuneration package VIP Premier Etc.
• Exposure to Employment Equity & payroll practices.

Requirements for Bookkeeper:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting , Finance or related
• Previous bookkeeping experience
• Experience working in fast-paced environment
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is desirable

Purchase goods, materials and services to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price , quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.

This role has greater responsibility than a Buyer and includes some people management responsibility. The job holder will take responsibility for a specific project or hold a larger remit in terms of purchasing responsibility. will have more technical knowledge , expertise , understanding and will be seen as a specialist within their function.

Requirements

• Diploma in Manufacturing / Engineering degree

• Membership of Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS)

• Proven purchasing experience within locomotive or manufacturing 

• Strong technicial knowledge and understanding of locomotive processes and components and supply chain management

• Computer literate , advance in Excel
