Job Title: AI/ML Engineer (Contract) Onsite, Dallas, TX

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite, 5 days/week)

Contract Start: January 2026

About the Role:

I'm working on behalf of my client in the banking and finance sector for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. This role will focus on developing and implementing AI-driven solutions within the banking environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial services, strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, and hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and AWS.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models tailored to banking and financial applications.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and optimize AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and other AI frameworks.
• Leverage AWS cloud services to deploy, scale, and maintain AI/ML solutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data security best practices.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML development.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience with AWS cloud services for AI/ML solutions.
• Strong programming skills (Python, Scala, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Must be available onsite in Dallas, 5 days a week.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with financial data pipelines, risk modeling, or predictive analytics.
• Experience with other AI frameworks or large language models.
