Acara Solutions and our client located in Cedar Park, TX is currently searching for a Full-Stack Software Developer and Programmer(Contract to possible direct hire)You will be working closely with the ERP & Engineering Applications, Design and Product Development teams helping integrate, develop, and troubleshoot various software suites driving overall company efficiencies. If you are a self-starter who is interested in helping automate systems reducing overall cost of developing advanced Launch Vehicle in a fast-paced startup environment, this job is for you!3+ years of experience in software development and cross-platform integration, applying industry best practices to deliver reliable and maintainable solutionsStrong foundation in Python, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, and object-oriented programming, with experience in web application developmentProven ability to design, build, and integrate APIs, HTTP requests, web sockets, and other communication protocols across multi-application environmentsSkilled in developing, testing, and implementing software tools and systems, enhancing integration capabilities and streamlining workflows across departmentsProficient in writing SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and integration with web applicationsCollaborates effectively between business units and IT teams, gathering, documenting, and communicating complex business requirementsERP experience such as Oracle NetSuite's, Workday Financials, SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA etc.Applies critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges with a 'make it happen' attitudeKnowledgeable in Agile software development best practices, including architectural paradigms, code reviews, branching, task management, documentation, and testingCapable of working independently or as part of a team in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsProvides technical leadership and coordination with Development Managers and Technical Directors to streamline data and information flow across the organizationPlans, develops, tests, and releases tools, connectors, and in-house applications to promote efficiency and synergy across departmentsSupports IT network resource planning and optimization of hardware utilizationDevelops and maintains KPIs, technical documentation, and user guides to comply with audit requirementsConfigures features and develops functionalities to meet business and organizational requirementsResponds to software support requests, troubleshooting bugs and implementing solutionsEvaluates and recommends improvements to current and future software/application requirements to meet evolving organizational needsConducts system audits and designs operational data pipelines using advanced data architecturesParticipates in a primarily Agile/Scrum product development process, supporting all phases from development to releaseSupports training development across all levels of the organization to ensure knowledge transfer and adoption of new tools and processesHourly rate: Up to $63.90 per hour DOEAleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
