Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr

The Data Scientist will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This role involves developing and implementing advanced machine learning models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Analyze large and complex datasets to derive actionable insights and inform business strategies.

Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.

Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.

Requirement/Must Have:

Proficiency in PySpark, PyTorch, and GenAI.

Strong programming experience in Python, including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data science role.

Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.

Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as PySpark.

Experience with ML model training and deployment within cloud infrastructures such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Proven track record of deploying and optimizing ML models in production environments.

Excellent communication and data visualization skills for presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.
