ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining dynamic web applications, writing clean and efficient code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and related frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony).

Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following industry best practices.

Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services.

Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

25 years of experience in PHP development (for mid-level role).

Strong proficiency in PHP 7+/8, MySQL, and OOP (Object-Oriented Programming).

Experience with one or more PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony).

Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular is a plus.

Understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.

Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Composer, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit).
