A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior LLM Engineer to join the team. This individual will play a key role in designing and implementing workflows that leverage large language models (LLMs, LAMs, LMMs, LVLMs, etc.) to automate the process and drive innovation in their products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NLP, experience with foundational models, and a flexible, problem-solving mindset. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to the development of scalable AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, or a related domain, with a focus on large language models.
- At least 4 years of experience with AWS
- 2 years of experience with LangChain
- Experience building risk modules
- Proven experience working with foundational models in production environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Fine tuning LLM
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Physics or a related field
- Experience with MLOps
- At least 2 years of experience with Crew AI
- 2 years of experience with SageMaker
