Responsibilities of a Financial Manager

Oversee various accounting operations
Manage , Accounts Payables, Billing, Cost Accounting, Accounts Receivables, Revenue Recognition, and Inventory Accounting
Find accounting and financial issues
Supervise quality control over financial transactions and reporting
Manage forecasting and budgeting
Provide financial statements
Coordinate regulatory reporting
Manage government reporting requirements and comply with tax filings

Financial Manager Qualifications

Combined experience in accounting and finance
Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA or CMA preferred
Excellent knowledge of accounting values and procedures
Create financial statements and ledgers
Accounting software experience
Problem-solving skills and quick thinker
Team player
Good communication skills
