A Financial Manager must be passionate, self-driven and, experienced, responsible for managing and developing an entire financial management system in the company. Financial managers must play a huge role in leading the company to better performance, extending to growth and success.

Responsibilities of a Financial Manager

• Oversee various accounting operations
• Manage , Accounts Payables, Billing, Cost Accounting, Accounts Receivables, Revenue Recognition, and Inventory Accounting
• Find accounting and financial issues
• Supervise quality control over financial transactions and reporting
• Manage forecasting and budgeting
• Provide financial statements
• Coordinate regulatory reporting
• Manage government reporting requirements and comply with tax filings

Financial Manager Qualifications

• Combined experience in accounting and finance
• Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Excellent knowledge of accounting values and procedures
• Create financial statements and ledgers
• Accounting software experience
• Problem-solving skills and quick thinker
• Team player
• Good communication skills
