The Human Resources Manager is a strategic and operational role responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle. This position ensures that HR policies, processes, and programs are aligned with the organization''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s goals while maintaining a positive, compliant, and high-performing work culture.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, or related field.
- 5–8 years of generalist HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or local equivalent).
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
- Expert-level understanding of local Labour Acts and Employment Equity laws.
- Ability to link HR initiatives to bottom-line business results.
- High level of empathy and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong negotiation skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Ability to interpret HR metrics (turnover rates, cost-per-hire) to drive decisions
