We're on the hunt for a charismatic, driven and strategic Senior FM or Divisional Manager to lead our Golfing Division into its next era of growth and excellence.
This isn’t your average 9-5. You’ll be the face behind tournaments, the driver of sponsorship deals, and the strategist who turns every swing into a business win. POSITION INFO:
🎯 What You’ll Do

• Drive the strategic and financial direction of the golfing division
• Oversee high-profile tournaments and events from planning to execution
• Build and manage sponsorship relationships and commercial partnerships
• Lead a strong operational team with full project and people management
• Manage key client accounts with finesse and business savvy
• Deliver top-tier financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Be the heartbeat of the division at both corporate meetings and clubhouse cocktails

• Relevant BCom degree (Finance, Business, or related field)
• 5–10 years of financial and operational management experience
• Solid background in strategic planning and execution
• Proven experience in golf event/tournament management is a major advantage
• Strong understanding of sponsorships and brand partnerships
• Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to work after hours and attend golf events as needed
• A love for golf – whether you’ve played professionally, socially, or just know the difference between a driver and a 9-iron
