SUMMARY:
Role Title (Role Level): BI Developer (with QuickSight experience - ESSENTIAL) (Advanced)
Location: Gauteng
Contract Term: Immediate - 31 December 2025

POSITION INFO:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience with AWS QuickSight
· Experience with AWS Athena Scripting
· Experience on other major databases (eg. SQL Server, Oracle) desired
· Excellent analytical and communication skills.

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

· Jira, Confluence.
· Business Analysis experience (advantages)
· Experience in Python Scripting (advantages)
· Experience in finding and troubleshooting issues
· Ability to learn new technologies quickly
· German language skills will be advantageous

· Relevant IT / Business Degree or equivalent experience
· 5 years’ experience as developer in Business Intelligence

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?

Design Data Model / Application Architecture
Implementing Reusable data layers
Integrating with other platforms (SAP, Oracle etc)
Data sourcing
Extract/Transform/Loading of data AWS from multiple data sources
Develop QuickSight applications, Front-end design and KPI modelling.
Scheduling, updating, and publishing of QuickSight applications
Operations and Maintenance support according to Group’s Operations Standards
