POSITION INFO:
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Working closely with Business and IT central departments of the product to steer and support the feature team from both a technical and functional point of view. Responsible, together with Business Department for prioritisation and implementation of business and technical requirements in scope of Agile Feature Teams. Responsible for the grooming processes and product backlog management Support Business and IT Product Owner with creation and detailing of epics and user stories. Manage in close collaboration with the feature team, the concept creation, implementation, testing and release of new versions of the system. Build sound relationships with stakeholders and cross departmental colleagues. Provides active and regular mentorship to other Agile Masters, team on application of Agile\/Scrum methodologies and practices Provides key insights into the evolution of Agile KPIs in complex Agile Teams to improve efficiencies at an organisational level Coordinate the migration to cloud and API based architecture. Communicate effectively and transparently to the product stakeholders Support Delivery Manager in identifying additional training required within the teams. Aligns within bigger teams to ensure good collaboration and value adding outcomes Collaborates with Product Owners and colleagues across multiple sites\/locations Gives structure to workshops and meetings to lead and facilitate the team's Agile way of working. This includes facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution Assesses the agile maturity of the team and organisation and coaches the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team\/projects Assists with internal and external communication and improving transparency. Demonstrates the status \/performance of the team as key element QUALIFICATIONS\/EXPERIENCE: IT Degree and\/or relevant qualifications \/ 10k+ years of experience Professional Scrum Master Certification Certified SAFE \/ Scale Professional Scrum Project Management Qualification
