Our well established client based in Pietermaritzburg is looking for a 1st Line Support - ISP and Technical.

Minimum Requirements:

2+ Year customer services experience within an ISP Call Centre
Technical and desktop customer service experience
ISP or telecommunications background
Strong understanding of ISP Networks
Experience using remote desktop support applications
Reliable transport
Valid driver’s license
A+ and N+ qualifications
