POSITION INFO:
Front Desk Coordinator / Guest Relations needed in Kempton Park

Beauty Therapy qualification
2-3 years of working experience in a Spa/Salon environment as a Front Desk Coordinator doing Front Desk duties.
MUST have hands-on working experience with ESP Systems.
MUST be Computer Literate with excellent Administration skills and excellent Telephone etiquette.
MUST have previous experience with bookings, answering calls, cash-ups, and stock-taking.
MUST have great Retail abilities with a friendly personality and excellent customer service.
MUST be eloquently spoken and well-groomed to represent the brand.
MUST have a confident and positive attitude.
