SUMMARY:
Our client based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape town requires an experienced and mature Conveyancing Secretary for an urgent opportunity to support a legal firm of attorneys, notaries and conveyancers.

POSITION INFO:

You must be able to handle a busy workload (multiple files simultaneously) whilst maintaining a high-quality support service. The main area of law you will support is residential and commercial conveyancing. You will be a key point of contact for queries and be responsible for providing general support to the conveyancing team, liaising, and updating clients and third parties when required.

Minimum Requirements/Criteria Include:

· Minimum 5 years conveyancing / transfers experience

· Capable of handling large volumes of files (60+)

· South African citizen

· Matric (non negotiable)

· Must have GhostConvey , LEXIS Convey , Stordoc & E4 Training experience (non negotiable)

· A relevant legal qualification would be an advantage

· An excellent command of Afrikaans and English, both written and verbal, is a requirement of the role
