JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is recruiting for a Junior Administrator for a 10-month contract. Position based in Johannesburg Northern suburbs. Contract renewable depending on performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key tasks:
  • Assisting the Recruitment Team to conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions .
  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, assessments, interviews etc.)
  • Update Resource tracking sheets.
  • Assist in maintaining training records.
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
  • Controlling correspondence
  • Designing filing systems
  • Reviewing and approving supply requisitions
  • Assigning and monitoring clerical functions
  • Write and file reports
  • Respond to the clients' inquiries and concerns
  • Assist with supplier correspondence
  • Monitor office inventories
  • Schedule appointments
  • Plan travel arrangements, as and when required
  • Administer and submit all Joiner Leaver Mover (JML) records and process:
  • JML Tool
  • Send JML form out to the new resources
  • Receive and check the JML form.
  • Capture the form detail on the contractor’s management tool (SAP HR)
  • Check Automated workflow to approve AD account.
  • Follow-up communication on the account creation
Prepare for Resource Onboarding:
Onboarding checklist to be managed:
  • Action the Checklist Items.
  • Develop the onboarding Plan as per management requirement
  • Checklist must be completed and managed by the Administrator
Monthly JML update report to Management
  • Create monthly required reports on key recruitment metrics.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks that might be assigned to you from time to time by Management.
Knowledge
  • Experience in entire MS office suite required
  • General office administration experience essential
  • Background in HR/ Recruitment related duties beneficial
