Must have:
- Min of 6 mnths exp as Sous Chef
- Tertiary qualification in Chef / Sous
Head Chef ‘s requirements:
Previous exp as a Sous Chef
“Act as my 2IC, so that you and me operate as a team”
MUST be experience in Cooking & but also the fast-past dynamics of a kitchen environment
Stock control exp, eg stock take & ordering
Comp literate on MS Word, MS Excel
Point of sale system would be advantageous
