About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic 360 Tech Recruiter to join our team. This role requires a full-cycle recruiter who is confident managing every stage of the recruitment process, from business development and client relationship management to sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth by delivering high-quality talent across a variety of technology roles while building and maintaining strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients within the technology industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively engage in business development to grow client base.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across permanent, contract, and interim tech roles.
- Source niche candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, headhunting, and referrals.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure technical and cultural fit.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate job offers and close placements effectively.
- Market & Talent Insights:
- Stay up to date with the latest tech market trends, emerging skills, and competitor activities.
- Advise clients on talent availability, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
- Recruitment Operations:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and candidates in the database
- Deliver against KPIs and targets related to business development, placements, and revenue.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by representing the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions.
Skills & Competencies- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter or full-cycle recruiter, ideally within the technology sector.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to source niche and hard-to-find tech talent in competitive markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and trends (e.g., software development, cloud, DevOps, data,).
