The Position – Full 360 RecruitmentYou will be responsible for:
- Business development and securing new clients
- Building and managing your own client portfolio
- Taking detailed vacancy briefs
- Sourcing, headhunting and screening candidates
- Managing the full recruitment cycle
- Coordinating client interviews
- Negotiating offers
- Maintaining long-term client relationships
- Consistent activity and pipeline management
This is a remote position and requires strong self-discipline and accountability.
