POSITION INFO:

Permanent Position (Office based)

A proficient 3D Spatial Design Specialist is presently sought after by a well-established retail-marketing company situated in Atlas Gardens, Cape Town. Within this role, you will work in close collaboration with the concept creative team and the client to thoroughly understand the project brief. You will be required to hand over approved artwork to the DTP department for production.

We are seeking an experienced individualwith high level of maturity, must be a self-starter and have an above-average work-ethic and can-do attitude.

Candidate Requirements

• Work experience using 3D software (Sketchup advantageous).
• Spatial or graphic design education.
• Prior work experience as a graphic designer, or illustrator.
• Drawing and digital drawing skills.
• Knowledge of image editing and design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Highly detailed orientated.
• · Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description

• Unpack client brief to come up with concepts.
• · Defining any budget or time limitations.
• · Refining image design using illustration software.
• · Manage concept approval and production time line.
• · Formatting illustrations using 3D software.
• · Ensuring that printed illustrations meet specified colour and quality standards.
• · Hand over flat artwork to the DTP department.
• · Completion of final illustrations (Renders/Mock-up).
