START: January 2026 (2-year contract with annual leave)

- Monday - Sunday
- Flexible / hours based on operations & season
- Annual Leave & Time off in accordance with TZ law
REPORT TO: Lodge General Manager / Department head
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS
- TZS 1.5M - 2M / USD 610 - 810

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Passport valid for traveling
- Culinary or Hospitality related certification
- HACCP trained
- Clear criminal record & sober habits
- Prior employment as a SOUS Chef in 5-star environment (Hotel / Ship / Yacht / Lodge or Resort)
EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 2 years in 5-star environment employment experience
- offer strong execution support to Executive Chef
- Knowledgeable of types of game
- Confident English speaking
