AA Brand Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client, a personal care manufacturer, with a global footprint, currently seeks an experienced AA Brand Manager who will be responsible for operational to tactical management of the designated brand(s). Reporting directly to the Marketing Management of the company, you will need:

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management
• Minimum 3 years’ brand management experience.
• Minimum 1 years’ end-to-end digital and social media marketing experience.
• Personal Care product, marketing knowledge and experience.

KPA''s:

• Grow turnover and market share for specified portfolio of brands.
• Develop brand plans for presentation to management for approval.
• Manage and execute the approved brand plan in line with approved budget.
• Ensure all brand communication aligns with the agreed brand values, image and tone of voice.
• Control brand budgets on a continuous basis.
• Develop and maintain digital content plan for brands in line with brand plans.
• Develop creative digital content in collaboration with In-house Designer and/or external resource.
• Evaluate the performance of each marketing campaign against agreed metrics and report back to management.
• Keep brand website up-to-date and adapt to improve conversion.
• Continually assess market and consumer trends and recommend brand response IRO range extensions, enhancements and adjustments.
