SUMMARY:
Our client is currently seeking a Technical General Manager with previous Facilities experience to be based in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town. NB: PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN AFFIRMATIVE ACCTION ROLE

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Qualification
Min 5 year expertise at senior management level in leading large teams of professionals and staff

Experience in:

Contracts Management I.e GCC, NEC, JBCC, etc
Drafting business plans and marketing plans
Financial experience in generating budgets, financials and income statements
Generating KPI’s and delivering on them

Good understanding of:

Soft and Technical skills in a Property and Facilities Management environment
Legislation and legal requirements of corporate operations
Corporate governance requirements and applications
Generating, maintaining, and managing contracts and SLA’s
Corporate structuring, grading and staff deployment skills
Employment Equity and Labour Relations
Financial accounting and billing systems and structures
IT and operational IT requirements
