JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a junior person to perform the full function of debtors and creditors, for a medium sized company in the special steel industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Grade 12/ equivalent

Experience and Requirements:

At least 3 – 5 years working experience as an Accounts clerk to perform the full function of Debtors and Creditors
Proficient on MS Excel including spreadsheets and formulas and worked on Pastel or a related accounting package
A stable work record and contactable references
Reside close to Boksburg
Reliable transport
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
A clear ITC and Criminal record
A non-smoker

Duties and responsibilities:

Strong on recons
Matching and batching of invoices
Debtors & Creditors
Collecting money
Strong admin skills
Invoicing
Dealing with queries
