ACCOUNTS CLERK

POSITION INFO:
RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced ACCOUNTS CLERK for a well-established, concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. !PERSON MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY! REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 (Grade 12 Accounting as a subject is non-negotiable). Certificate or Diploma in bookkeeping, finance or accounting will be advantageous. Previous experience in finance, bookkeeping or accounting industries is preferred. 3yrs+ previous working experience in a similar position. Person must be able to speak, read and write in English. Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email \/ Internet). Advanced MS Excel skills, working knowledge on accounting software. Working knowledge of accounting software, online banking platforms, spreadsheets, and office systems. Duties include financial recordkeeping, invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, reporting, document control, diary management, communication, and general office coordination. Skills assessment will be completed during the interview process.
