SUMMARY:
A company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Admin Coordinator to manage creditor invoices, reconciliations, supplier payments, and financial administration processes. The role also supports financial controls, reporting, and general accounting administration within the finance department.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Matric with Mathematics and English Bookkeeping qualification advantageous Studying towards an Accounting qualification beneficial Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Creditors Clerk or Accounts Payable role Strong knowledge of accounting systems and creditors processes Proficient in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet packages Experience with reconciliations, invoicing, and supplier payments Strong administration, planning, and organisational skills By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and\/or MPRTC's clients and\/or verification information suppliers.
