ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CO-ORDINATOR

SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Fastener Industry is seeking a responsible Accounts Payable Co-ordinator to manage the full accounts payable function, ensuring that all creditors are paid accurately and on time. This role includes processing weekly, monthly and ad-hoc payments, reconciling supplier accounts and maintaining organized financial records

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and Experience:
Matric
Relevant financial qualification would be advantageous
2-4 years experience in an accounts payable or similar role
Experience with accounting software
Experience with Syspro would be advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong mathematical skills

Creditors payments
Accounts reconciliation
Invoice processing and filing
Create and manage process orders
Liaising with suppliers
Adherence and compliance to internal controls and policies
