RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced ADMINISTRATOR / PERSONAL ASSISTANT for a well-established company based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Valid Code 08 driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

Relevant qualification/s.

Competent computer skills (MS Office / Email). Working experience on accounting packages an advantage.

Client liaison and client enquiries.

Liaising with technicians / colleagues.

Minutes of meetings / agendas.

Quotes and tenders.

Schedules and registers.

Project administration and claims.

Filing / archiving.

Invoicing / debtors.

Safety files / documents.

Diary management for the directors.

Planning and organizing meetings and events.

Office administration duties.

Conducting research.

Organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries.

Other adhoc duties as required.
